General Manager – Charlotte, NC– Up to $100k + Bonus

We are currently working with a large hospitality group with a presence throughout the whole of the country! They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced GM to come in and oversee the restaurant operations, they are looking for a hands-on individual to come and run their dynamic team.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in high-volume hospitality management within an upscale environment
• Deep expertise in service standards, guest experience, and overall operational excellence
• Strong business acumen with a passion for food, beverage, and industry trends
• Skilled in problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and handling high-pressure situations effectively
• Leads with professionalism, fostering a positive culture while maintaining exceptional guest and team interactions
