About the Role

As a

Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience. You'll act as the main point of contact for customers, business partners, and drivers, helping resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and care.

What You'll Do Assist customers and business partners via

phone and email Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism Diagnose, assess, and resolve service-related issues Monitor and track delivery routes Scan and verify haul-away PODs and stamps Process

order changes, updates, and cancellations What You'll Bring

Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency with

Microsoft Office

tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent) 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a

call center or logistics support environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A proactive, customer-first mindset
