McFarland, WI Contract | Max PR: $18 Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Saturdays possible)
About the Role
As a
Customer Service Representative , you'll be a critical link in ensuring smooth customer and delivery operations. You'll interact with customers, business partners, and drivers to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and make sure deliveries happen as planned.
Responsibilities Provide support via
phone and email
to customers and partners Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively Diagnose and resolve service-related issues Track and monitor
delivery routes Scan and verify
haul-away PODs and stamps Process delivery order updates, changes, and cancellations Qualifications
Required:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred:
High school diploma (or equivalent) 1+ year of
customer service
experience (preferably in a
call center or logistics environment ) Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues
