Position Overview As OR Nurse Manager, you will lead a talented team of surgical nurses while ensuring optimal patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to drive excellence in perioperative services. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor OR nursing staff, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room department, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource utilization Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdepartmental teams to optimize patient care Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures Manage department budgets, including operating and capital expenditures Drive staff development through educational programs and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility leadership meetings Required Qualifications

Current Texas RN license or compact state license Bachelor's degree in Nursing 5+ years OR nursing experience 2+ years OR leadership experience Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing Excellence in team leadership and communication Preferred Qualifications
