What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Independently define and manage project workstreams, prioritizing analysis to meet deadlines - Gather, analyze, and synthesize primary and secondary research data to derive key implications for clients - Develop high-quality, client-ready presentations and written communications to convey insights and recommendations - Collaborate with team members to diagnose client needs and formulate recommendations - Support internal development efforts, including business development activities and mentoring junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in financial advisory for healthcare provider clients, including health systems and hospital organizations - Expertise in healthcare financial and capital planning - Strong project management and client management skills with strategic thinking abilities - Proficient in analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Demonstrated ability to simplify complex corporate finance concepts for senior management - Deep financial modeling and quantitative skills, including valuation and pro-forma financial modeling - Experience with cash flow management, liquidity management, and healthcare accounting - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
