What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Fully own a project workstream by independently defining problems, structuring a problem-solving approach, and prioritizing analysis - Gather, analyze, and synthesize primary and secondary research data to derive key implications for clients - Develop and prepare high-quality client-ready materials to convey insights and recommendations - Collaborate with team members to diagnose client needs and develop tailored recommendations - Contribute to firm growth by supporting internal development efforts and mentoring junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 2 years of consulting experience in financial advisory for healthcare providers, including health systems and hospital/acute care organizations - Expertise in healthcare financial and capital planning - Strong project and client management skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams - Proficiency in analyzing financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and discounted cash flow methodologies - Deep financial analysis capabilities, including cash flow and liquidity management - Ability to translate complex corporate finance concepts into clear suggestions for senior management
