Executive Assistant . This role will provide high-level support to senior leadership while also assisting with office operations. Job Description: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing expense reports, and serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones Arrange detailed travel logistics and itineraries; manage last-minute changes smoothly Prepare and process expense reports and timesheets accurately Support onsite office needs such as meeting preparation, supplies, and event coordination Partner with leadership on presentations, meetings, and client-facing preparation Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Salesforce/CRM, and expense management tools to streamline workflows Collaborate with other executive assistants and cross-functional colleagues nationwide Qualifications: 5+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience Bachelor’s degree required Background in consulting, professional services, or fast-paced industries preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and travel/expense systems Strong executive presence, professional communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Flexibility to provide support outside of standard hours when needed Additional Details: Full-time, direct hire position Standard 40-hour work week; occasional overtime required Hybrid schedule with in-office presence in San Francisco; onsite requirements may vary week to week Business casual environment with a professional, polished dress code Perks: Competitive salary and benefits package Exposure to high-level executives in a leading consulting environment Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and professional development Collaborative, supportive team culture
