POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director, Enterprise Applications is a leadership role that oversees the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the firm's enterprise applications and platforms that support operational functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, and other business units. The Director, Enterprise Applications, ensures alignment of application and platform initiatives with firmwide goals to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and execute enterprise application and platform strategy aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and opportunities. Co-sponsor, in partnership with business department leaders, the implementation and upgrade projects for HR, Finance, Marketing, and other enterprise departments. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on enterprise technology investments. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new enterprise solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. Build and lead a high-performing applications team; build product management skills and expertise across the team. Oversee application lifecycle management including evaluation, selection, deployment, and support. Collaborate closely with the user adoption function to support training, change management, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise applications Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Manage budgets and assess ROI of enterprise application initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or related field required (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications or IT operations, in professional services required. 5+ years in leadership roles with team management responsibilities required. Must live within a commutable distance to the desired firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.

COMPETENCIES:

Proven success in enterprise application deployment and optimization. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks. Experience in data governance, business intelligence, and security best practices. Strong understanding of enterprise systems and data integration. Ability to translate business needs into technology strategies. Develops and executes forward-thinking strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging market insights and data to drive long-term growth and innovation. Leads by example to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams; fosters a collaborative culture that encourages accountability, trust, and continuous improvement. Drive and manage organizational change by effectively communicating vision, minimizing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions through stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Demonstrate executive presence through confident communication, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, representing the organization with credibility and authority. Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance. Build strong cross-functional relationships and leverages influence to align stakeholders, drive consensus, and achieve shared goals in a collaborative and respectful manner.

SALARY

The target annual salary range for this role is currently $250,000 - $300,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
