Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience: High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role Ability to work as part of a team Ability to handle confidential information Excellent organization, planning and administrative skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer related skills (i.e. Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, Google) Proven ability to adapt to changing needs in fast paced office Ability to cope with conflict and stressful situations Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job

Essential Duties: - Primary contact for maintaining and tracking hourly recruitment - Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on salary recruitment - Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits and programs. - Direct recruitment/employment related activities, IATF 16949 documentation and maintenance, training administration, benefits (FMLA, Workers Compensation, 401k program, LTD, STD, and other insurance programs), compensation, and temporary employee administration. - Assist Managers with discipline and discharge; Prepare documentation regarding terminations, investigations; conduct exit interviews. - Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws. - Maintain HR information, payroll and timekeeping programs, benefits and employment records. - Assist in preparing and facilitating the process to obtain and renew work related visas. - Assists Managers with development, review, and update of job descriptions. - Compile and analyze various reports. - Participate in new employee orientation. - Assist in coordinating the Niterra Performance Management process. - Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. - Understand/comply with quality system policy/procedures. - Understand/comply with emergency management policy/procedures. - Submit various monthly and yearly reports related to Human Resources matters. - Participate in Human Resources audits and answer associate questions as necessary. - Provide training to associates as necessary. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures and will adhere to all company policies relating to IATF16949 and ISO14000.
