Job Purpose Under the direction of the Branch Supervisor and Branch Manager, provides a high level of quality of service to members and ensures accuracy in transactions. Performs a variety of member service functions in conformance with established policies and procedures. Adheres to the PICK US culture through exceptional member service during every interaction. Handles all member transactions with complete discretion and confidentiality.
Duties And Responsibilities Member Service Experience
Deliver an exceptional member experience every time by greeting members, listening carefully, communicating efficiently, showing patience, and being thorough.
Uncover members' financial needs through meaningful discussion and exploration.
Make educated product and service recommendations based on professional knowledge.
Follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Operational Proficiency
Learn and adhere to policies related to branch operations, including check cashing, deposits, cash drawer settlement, online banking, debit card management, branch opening/closing, audits, BSA compliance, vault and ATM/ITM administration.
Process teller transactions, update member contact info, provide rates, process stop payments, answer account questions, and order checks.
Open new checking and savings accounts, provide product information.
Business Acumen and Technical Knowledge
Learn product functionalities and benefits.
Build relationships with members and colleagues.
Be adaptable to change.
Proficient with digital technology offerings, mobile apps, MS Office, internet research, and emerging technologies.
Support "PICK US"
Identify growth opportunities, deepen relationships, and discuss products/services with members and non-members.
Collaborate with management and partners for needs analysis and referrals.
Participate in growth activities, campaigns, and team meetings.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in member service preferred. Desire to develop banking skills and deliver superior member experience.
