Under the supervision of the Manager, creates and delivers exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients with outstanding customer service and guiding them on digital and mobile banking options. Introduces and sells financial services to meet clients' needs, based on profiling and product knowledge. Handles various financial transactions, balances cash, and assists with vault, ATM, and armored car duties. Responsibilities Manage overall branch client experience, proactively engaging with customers, demonstrating technology transactions, and managing branch flow and client needs. Maintain and sell financial products, including opening accounts, cross-selling, and prospecting. Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and issuing cashier’s checks. Balance cash, manage vault and ATM operations, and train new staff. Identify and secure new high-value clients through calling, referrals, and marketing efforts. Stay informed on bank policies, laws, regulations, and new products. Perform other duties as assigned. Relief staff may work at various branches. Qualifications Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (must be completed within 30 days of employment). High School Diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years in consumer sales, marketing, customer service, and teller experience. Interest in advancing in personal finance areas. Proficiency in customer experience, laws, regulations, technology, communication, accuracy, relationship building, product knowledge, agility, risk management, problem-solving, and results orientation. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have transportation, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Relief staff may work at different locations.
