TAAD LLP
Lead teams of senior and staff accountants.
Oversee planning and scheduling of engagements.
Ensure quality of work product.
Monitor work flow.
Coach/mentor individual team members.
Provide formal and informal feedback.
Communicate progress to partners.
Develop business with both existing and new clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with client personnel and prospective clients.
Identify areas to help clients improve their internal controls.
Work on transactional projects as needed.
Participate and/or conduct technical training sessions as needed.
Travel: 30% domestic and international travel required to visit clients' sites to do fieldwork such as meeting with management, confirmation procedures, or testing on the sample selections.
Requirements
Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) degree in Accounting or Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Accounting or related and five years of post-degree Progressively responsible work experience in the job offered or as a Senior Accountant or related. Requires 5 years of work experience with: 1) International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and footnote disclosures; and 2) International tax compliance in Hong Kong and China.
Salary Description
$110,001.00 - $130,000.00/annual
