Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain customer records and update account information Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Proficient in using computers and customer service software Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices Benefits
