Our client in Woodbridge, New Jersey, is looking for a Recruiter to join their team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding exceptional candidates! What You’ll Do: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to craft effective talent strategies. Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate reporting metrics. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency). A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
