Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate relationship management. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and industries.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay informed on industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or high-volume environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Professional certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Salary:
Starting at $75,000 based on experience
Hours:
Monday through Friday
