Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Palo Alto, California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Friday and Saturday: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism. Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone. Maintains an above-average attendance record. Follows established standard operating procedures Qualifications/Requirements

A high school diploma is required. At least one year of call center experience is required. Can be a team player. Can work without direct supervision. Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly. Has a good work ethic Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette). Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Must be flexible
