to support a Federal client in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time onsite role- no remote work available.

Primary:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Must be flexible - occasional reassignment to other shifts: A: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. B: 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. C: 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma (required) Customer service or call center experience (preferred) Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to pass an extensive background check Military experience is a plus
