Customer Service Representatives

to support a Federal client in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time onsite role- no remote work available.

Answer inbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy Transfer calls accurately and efficiently Follow established procedures and maintain reliability standards Provide excellent service to veterans, medical staff, and clients Schedule

Primary:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Must be flexible - occasional reassignment to other shifts: A: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. B: 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. C: 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma (required) Customer service or call center experience (preferred) Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to pass an extensive background check Military experience is a plus
