ABOUT THE JOB
The
Sr. Liquid Products Supervisor
oversees the day-to-day activities of liquid products operations to ensure alignment with GSF objectives and the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is accountable for driving productivity, quality, and operational excellence while fostering a safe, team-oriented work environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Supervise daily operations of the liquid products area to meet GSF objectives and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead and direct a team of up to 50 hourly employees, providing clear instructions, coaching, and performance feedback. Identify and resolve process and equipment issues to maintain optimal productivity and quality. Implement process improvements and support equipment or operational changes to enhance efficiency and output. Communicate regularly with employees to ensure understanding of policies, goals, and compliance with production procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise daily activities of assigned staff, providing clear direction and timely performance feedback to meet or exceed productivity and quality objectives.
(55%) Identify and resolve process and equipment issues using available resources to sustain operational flow.
(25%) Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality, including preparation for upcoming changes.
(10%) Maintain open communication with employees to ensure smooth operations, compliance with policies, and awareness of organizational goals.
(10%) Perform additional related duties as needed. WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Education/Certification:
Associate degree in Food Science or Business Administration from an accredited vocational, technical, or junior college institution. Experience:
5–7 years of relevant work experience in a food manufacturing environment, including lead or supervisory responsibilities. Knowledge (B/Basic; J/Journey; E/Expert):
