PLANNING TEAM you will lead the 4+ week planning process, balancing inventory levels with production efficiency and working capital goals. It drives optimization of production cycles, maintains accurate capacity plans, and acts as the plant’s LTO supply chain partner for project managers. Responsibilities include material planning, managing trackers, supporting the exposure process, utilizing ERP/MRP systems (D365) for planning and visibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Lead the 4+ week planning process using the DOS file to ensure accurate forecasting and execution. Balance inventory levels to support working capital goals while maintaining production efficiency. Develop and optimize production wheels and run cycles to improve operational performance. Collaborate with Operations to maintain and update capacity plans and run rates. Serve as the plant’s LTO liaison, ensuring alignment across planning and execution. Act as the primary supply chain contact for project managers, providing planning support and insights. Ensure timely ordering of materials in alignment with production plans, including management of the cycle counting process. Maintain visibility of LTO demand through tools such as the DOS file and capacity plans. Manage material and finished goods trackers to support inventory accuracy and transparency. Utilize ERP/MRP systems (D365) to support planning activities and ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility. Manages and assists in the purchasing of raw materials, ingredients and packaging in support of manufacturing.

Monitors vendor performance and works with vendors to resolve issues.

Routinely communicate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with inventory procedures, safety standards, and sanitation policies.

Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience equivalent to:

Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in materials management, logistics, or industrial engineering or related preferred.

Experience:

3 to 6 years of relevant work and supervisory experience in purchasing, expediting, transportation and logistics in a manufacturing environment.
