We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Order Management Specialist
to join a dynamic team within a leading food and beverage company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing high-value orders and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including entry, tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing of high-dollar customer orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external customers. Collaborate with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any order discrepancies. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate reports to support business operations and customer satisfaction. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance order accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience. Qualifications Minimum
5 years of experience
in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations. Proven experience handling
high-value transactions
and working in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay: $25 - $35 per hour
