Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support their growing HR team in Milwaukee. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Human Resources or related fields who have completed internships and are eager to begin their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support benefits administration and employee inquiries

Coordinate interviews and meetings for HR leadership

Help organize hiring events and participate in job fairs

Provide administrative support for payroll and compliance tasks

Contribute to employee relations and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Internship or 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary Range:

$48,000 - $55,000

Pay Details:

$48,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
