Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a boutique firm in San Antonio, Texas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a firm known for its outstanding reputation in litigation and collaborative culture. The paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, from file to trial, in high-stakes commercial disputes. Responsibilities
Manage litigation files from inception through trial, including case calendaring, document management, and trial preparation. Conduct and manage E-Discovery, including document collection, review, and production using industry-standard platforms. Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents. Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit organization. Attend court proceedings and provide in-court support to attorneys as needed. Maintain case databases and ensure accurate and timely updates. Liaise with clients, experts, and court personnel professionally and efficiently. Qualifications 3-10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation. Proven file-to-trial experience, including trial attendance and support. Proficiency in E-Discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull, Concordance). Strong understanding of Texas court procedures and filing systems. Comfortable and confident in a courtroom setting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Work Hours

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000 per year.
