Logistics / Transportation Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

to join a well-known logistics company in

Fife, WA

. This is a

temp-to-hire

opportunity with full-time hours and the potential for long-term placement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

Dispatch drivers and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner

Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics and dispatch activities

Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate as needed

Work closely with warehouse and operations staff to ensure smooth workflow

Perform data entry and utilize logistics software to manage daily tasks

Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with computers and basic office software

Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

Must be able to work the designated shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Details:
