Manage and oversee multifamily and commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and costs. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders. Assist in procurement and management of materials and resources for projects. Support the team in achieving project milestones while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
