As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new team members, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets. What You'll Do
Provide an exceptional shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in to lead on the sales floor and support store operations when needed. Assist with opening and closing the store. Process transactions at the register and promote additional sales benefits. Understand sales goals and key performance indicators. Assist with store layout changes and merchandising. Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management. Ensure store security and proper use of store resources. Support maintaining an organized stockroom and store environment. Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team. Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership. What You'll Need
At least 1 year of retail experience. Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
