As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you will support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer experiences, training new recruits, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets. What You'll Do
Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in and support the team on the sales floor and assist the Manager when needed. Open and close the store as required, ensuring security and readiness. Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add-on sales using store benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT. Assist with store layout, merchandise placement, and visual displays. Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ. Help maintain store security and prevent theft. Keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy. Contribute to building a collaborative, passionate team environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need
At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for pop culture and philanthropy. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
