As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, helping fellow fans find their favorite merchandise. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, support daily operations, and meet sales targets. What You'll Do
Provide an excellent shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, showcasing product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in to lead when needed, covering sales floor duties and supporting management. Open and close the store as required. Process sales transactions, drive add-on sales, and manage register operations, including communicating shortages or overages to the Store Manager. Understand sales goals, KPIs like UPT and ADT, and assist with visual merchandising and planogram updates. Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ. Ensure store security and proper use of store resources. Maintain organized stockroom and store cleanliness. Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need
At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Details
