10x4 Days | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date:
ASAP Pay: Weekly Gross:
$1,880 Taxable:
$640 Non-Taxable:
$1,240 Job Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of recent CST experience Strong proficiency in
Neuro and Thoracic
procedures National CST Certification (NBSTSA preferred) Current BLS Certification Must be a
traveler
- residing
50+ miles from the facility Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced OR setting Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile field for surgical procedures Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during Neuro and Thoracic operations Select and prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Handle instruments, supplies, and specimens appropriately during surgery Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments Assist in room turnover and instrument sterilization Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient care
