Scientist
located in
Cambridge, MA.
Details for the position are as follows: Pay Range: $38-$48/hour Job Description: 6-month contract with the possibility of extending or converting to permanent based on performance and budget. An in vivo imaging scientist is needed to assist with preclinical rodent imaging studies. The scientist will perform test article administration (orally, intraperitoneal injection and intravenous injection) to rats and mice, be proficient in handling and anesthesia of mice and rats, be proficient in handling of PET radioactive materials (e.g. F-18, Zr-89, Cu-64), and acquire advanced imaging data using a rodent PET/CT system (experience with rodent imaging systems is required, experience with Molecubes or Mediso imaging systems is preferred). The scientist will also perform other laboratory tasks, such as necropsy, electronic notebook documentation, electronic file management. Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience Seniority level
