Position Summary The Live Production Operations Coordinator for Live Production plays a vital role in supporting the execution, consistency, and excellence of Live Production across all campuses. This role focuses on gathering, organizing, and maintaining resources, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and operator schedules that enable staff and volunteers to thrive. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and organizational skills, thrives in a team-oriented ministry environment, and has a heart for equipping others to serve with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

Gather and consolidate information from the Live Production team to create clear SOPs, process guides, and best practices. Manage and maintain a centralized resource library (documents, checklists, templates, and guides) for campus operation teams. Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking departmental trainings, workshops, and meetings. Provide logistical and administrative support for Live Production projects, initiatives, and campus rollouts. Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and regularly updated. Scheduling & Coordination

Assist Campus Live Production Managers with scheduling operators across campuses, helping to identify and fill gaps in weekly coverage. Maintain up-to-date operator rosters and schedules for services, rehearsals, and special events. Serve as a central point of coordination to support consistent scheduling practices across campuses. Training & Development

Partner with Live Production leadership to design and implement onboarding workflows and resources for staff and volunteers. Develop and distribute training materials (manuals, videos, how-to guides, etc.) to support technical and non-technical roles. Track training progress and assist in coordinating ongoing development opportunities. Help ensure consistency of training standards across campuses. Communication & Support

Act as a communication hub for Live Production operations, ensuring information flows clearly between central staff and campus teams. Prepare and distribute updates, reports, and departmental communications as needed. Support event preparation by coordinating production details, timelines, and documentation. Serve as a point of contact for campus staff needing resources, training, or operational guidance. Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with scheduling/project management tools (e.g., Planning Center, Rock RMS, Monday.com). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear, accessible documentation and resources. Experience with scheduling volunteers or staff in a church or event environment strongly preferred. Background in church production, event management, or similar ministry support role a plus. Heart for serving the church, equipping others, and advancing the mission of the ministry. Personal Characteristics

Operator scheduling gaps are quickly identified and filled, ensuring smooth coverage across campuses. Communication within the Live Production department is organized and reliable. Campus Live Production teams feel supported, equipped, and resourced for ministry excellence.
