We're looking for a smart, passionate, full-time Public Relations Account Manager who thrives on crafting compelling stories, building media buzz, and being in the mix of community events and cause-driven campaigns. In this role, you'll serve as the primary PR lead and client point of contact.Based in sunny Miami, this full-time hybrid role puts you at the center of the action. It's fast-moving and high-profile, with plenty of opportunities to flex your PR skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with an inspiring team across social, media, and creative.Key Responsibilities:Write sharp, strategic content: press releases, newsletters, event materials, executive presentations, web copy, and morePitch media and build lasting relationships with journalists and local/regional outletsMaintain daily contact with clients via calls, emails, and texts, keeping everyone aligned and informedWork cross-functionally with creative, media, and social teams for fully integrated campaignsCultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and other media contacts to secure positive media coverage.Support, produce, and participate in events - galas, community events, and fundraising initiativesShape campaign messaging, lead recap reports, and assist with RFPs and strategic planningPartner with the PR team to manage timelines, agendas, and prep for client meetingsOur Ideal Candidate Has:A bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.A background in PR, media relations, or journalism, ideally with agency experienceExceptional writing and presentation skills, must have press release and writing samples to shareA strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, fundraising, or cause-related campaigns is a big plusSpanish fluency - a bonus (not required), especially for multicultural outreachConfidence as a strong communicator who thrives under deadlines and in fast-paced environmentsA proactive, collaborative, highly organized demeanor, and a team playerThis is a full-time, hybrid position working in Miami, FL.
