Financial Analyst, Category Finance at a Glance The Financial Analyst in Category Finance is a key member of the Away From Home and Ingredients (AFH&I) team, providing essential financial analysis and insights. This team manages FP&A and Growth Finance responsibilities and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to drive business success. Key Responsibilities Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast demand and analyze market share. Collaborate on pricing and promotional strategies, assessing financial and market share impacts. Analyze supply constraints' impact on P&L and market share with Operations support. Develop and explain the full P&L, including operational performance metrics. Lead financial planning routines and monitor KPIs for key initiatives. Create reporting packages that provide insights and promote efficiency. Assess industry outlooks and incorporate strategic initiatives into forecasts. Support annual strategic planning for 1- and 3-year horizons. Improve FP&A routines and implement process enhancements. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Internship or relevant experience in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and think critically. Salary Range $77,800 - $97,300, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Compensation varies based on geographic region, experience, and other factors.
