Job Description:
They are seeking an
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative support to a C-Suite executive. This role offers significant exposure to Board-level activities, investor relations, and executive operations. Responsibilities: Manage the executives work schedule and calendars, adapting to changing needs. Schedule appointments and travel arrangements, including lodging and detailed itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Maintain an active To Do list and assist the executive in staying on track. Prepare various reports promptly, including expense reports. Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, research, and meeting materials. Manage planning for annual trips and conferences, maintaining schedules of events. Understand the investor outreach process, update investor lists, and maintain electronic files. Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications professionally. Maintain updated contact information and manage filing of necessary paperwork. Plan and execute events, outings, and Board of Directors dinners. Requirements: Bachelors Degree is preferred. Minimum 5+ years of related experience supporting a C-Suite Executive. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
