Business Development Manager
Are you a natural connector with a talent for building relationships and driving growth? The Casper Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Business Development Manager to champion membership recruitment, retention, and engagement while creating exciting opportunities for businesses to thrive. In this role, you'll: Grow Chamber membership by cultivating relationships with local businesses and organizations. Lead retention programs to keep members engaged, supported, and connected. Drive sponsorships and marketing opportunities tied to Chamber events like luncheons, trade shows, Business After Hours, M2M workshops, and our Annual Awards Banquet. Partner with members to ensure they have the tools and resources to succeed. What we're looking for: 2--4 years of experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or customer service. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll represent the Chamber in the community, collaborate with business leaders, and play a vital role in delivering on our mission: "To ensure the success of our members."
