Prestigious private equity firm is seeking a Team Lead/ Executive Assistant to lead and manage a team of 8 Executive Assistants (75%) and provide administrative support to a Partner (25%). The firm offers 3 remote days/ week, unlimited PTO and covers 100% of the cost for all insurance for their employees. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Development: Supervise and lead a team of Executive Assistants supporting Partners, Managing Directors, and other senior executives. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching to support professional growth. Recruit, onboard, and train new Executive Assistants as needed. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Administrative Operations: Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality support. Oversee calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics for senior executives through the EA team. Identify and implement tools or technologies that enhance administrative efficiency. Serve as the main point of contact between the executive leadership and the EA team, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met. Proactively assess and align EA resources based on firm priorities and executive needs. Project & Event Coordination: Support high-level internal events, board meetings, offsites, and investor meetings in collaboration with the EA team. Manage or delegate special administrative projects as needed. Quality Control & Problem Solving: Monitor workload balance, performance, and coverage to ensure optimal support across the organization. Step in to provide direct support during high-demand periods or in complex situations. Qualifications: 7+ years of administrative experience with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Background in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or similar fast-paced corporate environments strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing administrative teams. Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Discreet, trustworthy, and adept at handling confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant scheduling or collaboration tools (e.g., Concur, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom). Seniority level
