Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $80,000
About the Role
Were partnering with a leading national financial services firm to find a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Digital Technology Officer. This is a high-visibility role working closely with C-Suite leaders and their executive assistant community. The ideal candidate will excel in the art of anticipation, managing needs proactively without extensive direction. Youll handle complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, manage travel, and facilitate smooth communication between executives, staff, and stakeholders.
What Youll Do
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and correspondence with precision.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, project updates, and follow-ups between executives and key stakeholders.
Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
Serve as a liaison between executives, vendors, building management, and staff.
Maintain office operations, equipment, supplies, and shared calendars.
Prepare and organize conference rooms for meetings, including vendor and catering coordination.
Update and maintain client files and CRM systems.
Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and digital inquiries with professionalism.
Support special projects, newsletters, and mass communications.
Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
What You Bring
25 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives (required).
Proven ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred.
Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
