We're seeking a seasoned Project Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of large-scale design and construction initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings deep experience in managing complex infrastructure projects from concept through completion. As a Project Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, including design development, construction administration, and stakeholder coordination. You'll be responsible for setting timelines, managing internal and external design teams, and ensuring project milestones are met. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Procore, and Microsoft Projects is essential, along with the ability to generate clear, actionable reports for leadership. Must-Haves:
7+ years of experience in design and construction project management Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders Strong background in construction administration and strategic planning Proficiency in Smartsheet, Procore, Microsoft Projects; experience with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus Degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, or architectural engineering preferred Experience with AI-based project management tools is a strong advantage Requirements:
