What You'll Do: Provide direct legal support to Bankruptcy Attorneys by drafting and reviewing related documents and motions. Prepare and file various legal documents electronically with bankruptcy courts. Perform bankruptcy case research and searches using multiple databases. Maintain and update dockets with relevant case information and follow-up deadlines. Work independently with clients and third parties to resolve issues and finalize bankruptcy-related matters. Monitor case statuses and ensure timely progression of matters. Manage high-volume caseload with accuracy, attention to detail, and professional communication. What You'll Bring: Minimum 5 years of Bankruptcy Paralegal experience
in a law firm setting. Strong familiarity with bankruptcy procedures and electronic court filing systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional client-facing demeanor. Ability to
multitask , prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High level of organization and
extraordinary attention to detail . Strong
interpersonal skills
and a collaborative team-oriented approach. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
and
iManage Document Management System . Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate
required.
