We are seeking an experienced and driven
Product Manager
to join our team in shaping and enhancing our SaaS platform. In this role, you will act as a key link between stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring our product delivers exceptional value. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales funnel, aligning product development efforts with sales and marketing goals to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Experience:
3+ years in product management or product ownership, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and customer retention strategies. Strong understanding of multi-location digital marketing. Strong understanding of digital media (PPC, Display, Social, Listing and reputation management). Proven experience managing and optimizing sales funnels in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications
Background in user research and usability testing for SaaS platforms. Passion for Martech and AI. Knowledge of integrations with third-party APIs and cloud-based services. Responsibilities
Develop and guide the social media strategy in partnership with account and creative peers. Create social briefs for the creative team based on client business objectives and social strategy. Manage day-to-day social content across all clients + channels. Actively monitor, engage & address customers on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) in the brands tone of voice. Assist in compiling social performance reports, analyzing results, and synthesizing findings to make strategy & content recommendations. Predominantly capture content on iPhone and digital camera at in-house content shoots and events. Edit photo & video content. Source and share UGC across social channels for all clients. Assist in influencer discovery for all clients. Assist in managing paid social boosting on Facebook for all clients. What We Offer
