We provide a fast-paced and supportive culture that provides our team members with the environment needed to succeed.We are looking for a Vice President of Business Transformation who will be responsible for driving operational excellence across Robinson's key business functions. This executive role leads cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and profitability. It combines traditional VP of Operations duties with deep expertise in engineering, drafting, purchasing, and project management. Key responsibilities include leading process improvement and change management initiatives, overseeing engineering operations and high-impact projects, driving innovation by working with the VP of Business Development in identifying new market and product opportunities, and aligning technical execution with strategic business goals.The VP collaborates with other members of the executive team to position Robinson as a leader in operational excellence and market relevance. What You will Do Provide the leadership and strategic vision for the engineering, drafting, purchasing, and project manager groups. Foster a culture rooted in accountability, performance excellence, and leadership development. Collaborate with sales and production to ensure efficient throughput consistent with our values of technical expertise and customer service. Display patience and willingness to work with a diverse group of people and a culture rich with history and knowledge but desirous of an innovative future. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams. Cultivate and empower emerging leaders by providing mentorship, growth opportunities, and a clear path for advancement. Develop a comprehensive understanding of each department's goals and objectives, and analyze their cross-functional impacts on the overall business strategy. Ability to evaluate and refine complex workflows, develop high-performing teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by mapping current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving and change management efforts.What You Will Bring Commitment to developing and operating in a team culture Proven track record of leading and improving complex and challenging processes/projects to completion Excellent problem-solving skills Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a collaborative strategic mindset Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels, driving innovation while ensuring project success.
