Maintenance Mechanic

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:45 am - 2:30 pm
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 DOE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of sheet metal machinery. Conduct a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs, CNC Mills and Lathes, motor controls, and hydraulic controls. Having the ability to troubleshoot A/C units Knowledge of replacing defective parts, lubricating, and cleaning parts. Ability to perform fundamental repairs and service quickly/properly without supervision. Remove and install parts, disassemble, and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.
Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments. Meet machine repair deadlines.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years' experience troubleshooting and fabrication machines/equipment Experience in lock out tag out procedures. Hydraulic, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting recommended. Good communication and computer skills required.
