Consumer Service Specialist

Primary Function:

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to fulfill our customers' (particularly homeowners') needs with valued information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Answer homeowner phone calls/emails and assist them in problem solving Work closely with other departments (Shipping, Product, Warranty, Tech Support) to ensure customers' needs are being taken care of Escalate customer issues to corresponding departments when necessary Navigate Bradford White website to answer customer questions in a timely manner Prep and enter customer orders as needed, in backup role Job Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Independent work ethic Willingness to learn Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
