Primary Function:
The
Service Parts Coordinator
is responsible for responding to incoming customer contacts and field Sales to qualify, process, and performing order entry for service parts or service parts kits. Duties include customer purchase orders, processing returned material and credit requests, and establishing service parts inventory levels.
Responsibilities: Responds to field demand from plumbing suppliers, contractors, stocking orders, and as-needed orders for service parts; reviews and processes Purchase Orders and performs order entry Meets or exceeds customer service expectations as related to service parts requirements Identifies, locates and obtains parts in order to meet customer needs Maintains phone, email, or regular mail contact with Sales Representatives, Wholesale Distributors, or contractors regarding service parts requirements Completes Return Material Authorization for returned service materials or parts; authorizes corporate office to issue credit Oversees the pull of service parts from stock, preparation for shipment; coordinates and ensures proper shipment to customer Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred 0-2 years experience in a customer focused role, with exceptional customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Mechanical/Technical aptitude preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel experience preferred Ability to work independently as well as within a team
