Customer Service Representatives

As a
Customer Service Representative , you'll be the front-line voice of the campaigns you represent-helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at
live events ,
fundraisers , and
community outreach programs Engage with the public in a
friendly, professional, and authentic
manner Share powerful messages about
social causes, nonprofit missions , and community needs Educate individuals on each nonprofit's
goals, impact , and ways to get involved Build relationships that foster
long-term donor engagement and support Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure
successful campaign execution Uphold our company values of
integrity, compassion, and professionalism • Who We're Looking For
No previous customer service or outreach experience required-we provide
paid training
and ongoing mentorship. We're looking for passionate, people-first individuals who thrive in
dynamic, public-facing roles .
