Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
to join our growing outreach team. What You'll Do:
Represent national nonprofit organizations at
community events and outreach campaigns Provide
exceptional customer service
and donor support on behalf of social impact partners Engage with the public
to educate and inspire action (donations, volunteering, advocacy) Share key information about each nonprofit's mission, goals, and impact Collaborate with your team to optimize campaign performance and outreach results Uphold professionalism,
empathy , and
integrity
in all public interactions Who We're Looking For:
You don't need previous customer service experience - we provide
paid, hands-on training . You're a great fit if you: Are
outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic
about connecting with others Have a
genuine passion for social good , community service, or nonprofit causes Possess
strong communication and active listening
skills Are comfortable in
fast-paced, public-facing
environments (retail, events, etc.) Thrive both
independently and as part of a team Are
18+ years old
