Things you'll do in this role:
Own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from prospecting to close-often involving technical, category-creating products where market education is key Represent Isometric in the market, maintaining a strong presence at key industry events - engaging prospective buyers to build pipeline and communicate Isometric's differentiated value. Be a strategic voice into the business, sharing insights from buyers and the market to shape go-to-market strategy, product direction, and industry positioning. Build and refine scalable sales processes, mentoring less experienced team members to elevate the commercial function. Things we're looking for:
Commercial & technical sales excellence: Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex B2B deals (ideally SaaS or involving a technical product), with long, high-value cycles across multiple stakeholders Early-stage operator: Experience as a founder's associate, founding AE or early sales hire - building GTM motions from scratch and adapting quickly in fast-moving environments. Clear, strategic communicator: Skilled at simplifying complex topics for varied audiences and balancing hands-on execution with big-picture thinking Proven track record in in senior business development, account management, or enterprise sales roles This role isn't for you if: You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We're in the office three days per week. You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We're a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We're building and learning on the fly-and everyone's a generalist. You're looking for a short term gig.
