Business Development Lead - Carbon Holganix is building the next category leader at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, and enterprise sustainability. Their mission is to unlock real, verified climate outcomes by bridging the gap between farmers, carbon quantification, and corporate supply chains. Now, they're scaling their Carbon business and this role will be central to that growth. The Role As Business Development Lead, Carbon, you will originate and close carbon credit partnerships across sectors connecting buyers to nature-based removals grounded in regenerative ag. You will lead both spot deals and multi-year offtake agreements, help shape the go-to-market approach, and work closely with internal teams to match Holganix's solutions to evolving market demand. In this role, you will Lead sales and strategy for Holganix's carbon credit offerings across North America Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for carbon buyers across sectors Build long-term client relationships, closing spot and multi-year offtake deals Develop new project structures and partnership models aligned with customer goals Collaborate with Product, Carbon Ops, and Marketing to deliver exceptional buyer experiences Serve as a voice of the customer to help refine and evolve Holganix's carbon offerings What We're Looking For Enterprise BD or sales experience in voluntary/compliance carbon markets or climate tech Deep understanding of corporate carbon strategies and the evolving carbon ecosystem Proven ability to structure and close strategic, multi-stakeholder deals Comfortable navigating long buyer cycles and developing new sales infrastructure Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments Why Holganix?
