We are seeking an experienced

Litigation Legal Assistant

with a background in

insurance defense

to join a well-respected law firm in Downtown Atlanta. This is a

temp-to-perm

role with competitive pay and the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys in an insurance defense practice Draft, edit, and e-file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in Georgia State and Federal Courts Manage and organize case files (physical and electronic) Maintain attorney calendars, schedule depositions, hearings, and mediations Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' recent insurance defense experience required Strong knowledge of Georgia State and Federal Court rules and e-filing procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, DOE Temp-to-perm conversion with full benefits upon hire
