As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing an excellent customer experience, helping fans access the merchandise they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members, support daily operations, and help meet sales targets. What You'll Do
Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in and support store operations as needed, including covering the sales floor and assisting with management tasks. Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational procedures are followed. Process sales transactions, promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup, and communicate any register issues to management. Understand sales goals, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving store targets. Assist with visual merchandising and planogram updates to enhance store presentation. Communicate fashion trends and customer preferences to management and HQ partners. Ensure store security and prevent theft, working with management to maintain a safe environment. Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy. Support team development to foster a passionate and collaborative work environment. Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need
At least 1 year of retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Details
