Job Story Ennovar is looking for a student assistant to join their Engineering Services team with Textron Aviation.

Job Summary A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties Research databases for electronic copies of documents. Interface with members of our Engineering Services teams to determine the proper disposition of stored documents and assist in preparations to have documents shipped off-site. Coordinate with various teams to identify their documents and facilitate their disposition. Scan and index documents to Textron Aviation databases for future retrieval.

Required Education High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Currently pursuing post-secondary education.

Highly detail-oriented. Able to organize large amounts of data into pre-determined formats. Professional and collaborative demeanor. Comfortable working with individuals and in team-based environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs is desired. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to become familiar with the required software and process-related tools.

Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, including but not limited to phones, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
